Cagrilintide (compound 23) (0.1, 1, 3, 10, and 30 nmol/kg, subcutaneous injection) reduced food intake in rats [2].
Cagrilintide (10 nmol/kg, administered intravenously or subcutaneously) exhibited favorable pharmacokinetic parameters [2].
